All sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges.

For refunds, if something you received is defective, please contact us via the Contact Us Page with a picture of the damaged item and your order number or invoice number.

Please consider a minimum of 7-10 business days as it may change depending on the inquiry/item. 

This does not include Cut and Sew Items, refer to Cut & Sew Policy.

All orders are shipped through USPS. We are not responsible for any shipping errors or late deliveries. Please contact your local post office.
